Yvette Swan

Yvette Swan, born in Sydney, qualified with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree at UNSW, Cofa, Sydney in 1991. From 1992 - 1994 she worked as an assistant at Working Title Films in London. From 1997 she has worked full time as an artist. She has exhibited extensively in Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast. In 2002 she was selected as a finalist for the Wynne Landscape Prize at the Art Gallery of NSW, Sydney..In 2003 she was a finalist for the Metro 5 Gallery Art Prize in Melbourne, and in 2004 she was a finalist for the Fleurieu Peninsula Art Prize at McLaren Vale, South Australia. Her work is held in private and public collections throughout Australia and Hong Kong.
